Refund Policy

Free Trial

  • All new students are entitled to 3 free trial classes to evaluate our teaching style and system before making any payment.
  • No credit card or payment is required for trial classes.

Refund Eligibility

  • A written request for a refund is submitted within 7 calendar days of the first paid class.
  • No more than 3 classes have been attended from the paid plan.
  • You have communicated concerns or dissatisfaction to our support team and allowed time for resolution.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

  • Missed or unattended classes without 12–24 hours prior notice.
  • Technical issues on the student’s end (internet/power issues).
  • Discontinuation after 7 days of payment without formal communication.
  • Student behavior violating our Code of Conduct or disrespecting tutors.
  • Discounted/special promotional packages marked as "non-refundable".

Refund Request Process

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing to: alziyaiacademy@gmail.com
  • Include: Student name, plan details, reason for refund, and proof of payment.
  • Refunds, once approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

Transfer Instead of Refund

  • Transfer remaining classes to a family member (with approval).
  • Reschedule the program for a future date if paused for genuine reasons.

Tutor-Related Issues

  • If a student is dissatisfied with a tutor, we offer one free tutor change.
  • If the issue persists and you prefer to discontinue, a pro-rata refund may be issued based on classes not attended.
